WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE TRAINING FOR CHARLESTON, SC

That's why we offer the Women's Self Defense course; to illuminate the criminal underworld to our students. This course is designed to equip women with the knowledge and skills they need to be their own first line of defense. This course will cover critical decisions related to assaults in parking lots, car jackings, sexual assaults, travel and much more. The practical portion will cover hands on survival techniques. Whether you're a busy professional, stay-at-home mom, or college student, this course is suitable for all women and is offered in the comfort of your home or chosen location.
